Mr Emsley and the children are ready for our boat tour...

Some of the group at the top of the tour, what fantastic views...

The children have had a fantastic day in Paris...

Day 4

Good evening.

We have had an action packed day today which the children have all enjoyed.

We started the day with a walk around the Louvre, where we saw the Mona Lisa. Then we spent an hour cruising down the River Seine before ending the day with a trip up the Eiffel Tower.

The photos were taken inside the Louvre and at the cafe half way up the Eiffel Tower.

We are expecting to arrive back in Dukinfield around 9pm but we will send you all a text when we have a more accurate time.

See you tomorrow

Day 3

This morning we all went on a tour around the local town of Rue to experience life in a France. We had a great time this afternoon at the Sealife centre.

Second posting

This was taken outside the caves (Rossalyne is just out the photo, sorry.)
Dear Parents.
On Tuesday we spent the morning at the war museum at Albert and then visited the memorial at Thiepval. Later on the trip took us to the underground caves at Naour. These were used to hide locals during various wars.
Tomorrow is the big day in Paris.
The tidy room award for today went to Indya, Rossalyne, Laura and Emma.
See you all on Friday night.
Thanks
Mr Emsley

The week so far

Hi everyone.
I apologise for the late update.

All the children are having a great time and looking forward to Paris tomorrow. Please enjoy the photographs.
The top right photo was taken before we got to Dover, which was a lovely still crossing.
Top left was taken outside the WW1 museum at Albert. The chilren found this very interesting.
Please see the next post.
